I moved to Bend, Oregon in 1983 after graduating from Gonzaga University and University of Oregon with business degrees in Finance, Real Estate, and Marketing. I have served on many board of directors, committees, and been a volunteer for over ten years as a soccer, basketball and track coach. My wife Shawn is a national marketing account director.

I have been responsible for the sales, marketing and sales management of over 4,100 properties. Managed the acquisition, design, planning, development, construction, sales and marketing of resorts; master planned mixed use golf course projects; residential subdivisions and mobile home parks.
Several projects I have had the pleasure to be involved with were mixed use developments complete with hotels, retail, residential and commercial components. I have personally listed, marketed and sold everything from homesites to entire resorts.
I also have extensive experience in the redevelopment of vacant commercial properties, platted subdivisions and investment tax credit projects.
